I spoke with Alex Fischer through email prior to coming in and he finally got me to drive all the way down from Jacksonville. They had the car we wanted and the price was relativity competitive. The service dept. was efficient and did the post purchase prep work in a reasonable amount of time at another visit, because parts had to be ordered. This is our second Prius we have bought. I do not like all the things Toyota Corp. has done on the car, i.e., three tubes of touch up paint and clear coat to do one scratch ($9.00 each tube, a oil filter element vs. a real twist on oil filter, some electronics (heads-up) display that you need to get a degree to operate fully. Some dealers in the area have a lifetime warranty on the new Toyotas they sell-the problem is that they don't have all the models you want when you go shopping for the car. More

We did a lot of research online before venturing out to dealerships. We liked a car we saw online and especially like the price. I was a little disappointed that the price quoted online assumed a trade in dealerships. We liked a car we saw online and especially like the price. However, after some discussion with Dave Aiken we came to the conclusion that it was still a good deal. We are happy to come away with the car we wanted. Would definitely recommend Dave to others. Went in for oil change, 12 days later, engine seized. Oil dry as a bone, no oil in pan or leaks. Curious, eh. Rude and obnoxious service manager who accepted 0 responsibility.
