Me and wife had a great experience with Beaver Toyota. Had a really bad experience with Coggin Toyota of Jacksonville and was doubting whether we would even buy a Toyota. It was worth driving to St. Augustine to meet with Ian who already had the car pulled around front waiting for us to check it out. Their dealer incentives (extended wararnty and maintence package - no charge) and price were unbeatable and everyone there was really nice. My wife, who is very pregnant at the moment, must have been offered water and popcorn like 5 times, which was very appreciated as she has become a little eating machine lately. Ian even went the extra mile to hook up my phone to the blue tooth features of the car instead of letting me fumble around with the manual. Ian was very straight forward and did eveything my our experience there as simple and smooth as possible. We were in and out of the dealership in almost no time at all and I couldn't be happier with the service Ian and the rest of the staff at Beaver Toyota provided to me and my wife. The new Beaver Toyota is a totally different dealership then the Toyota most of us remember in St Augustine. The salesman I had the privelage of working with was Burt Bonjour. The atmosphere in the store was very palpable, there was not one salesmen whom was not either helping a customer or asking me if I needed help, even when i walked in I was warmly greeted by a young lady.
