Some dealerships replied and others did not follow up. Shana helped us narrow down our selection and make arrangements to purchase through their location. We found the best value to be at Beaver Toyota in Saint Augustine. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by David Stevens as Shana was not working that day. From start to finish they were very polite, eager to have us talk with managers, parts department, rental department and service. When we got to finance we did not encounter any issues the price was as quoted. Everyone working at this location were extremely helpful and they made sure all your questions and if a problem would occur who to contact. We highly recommend them and would purchase another vehicle from them. More

I contacted dealership regarding a used Camry and ended up buying a new one but who knew that I would pay less than expected and that included the ext I contacted dealership regarding a used Camry and ended up buying a new one but who knew that I would pay less than expected and that included the extended warranty and the term/amount was less then I thought. I swear I love this dealership and can't think of one thing negative to say about them. I am looking forward to buying another car there at the end of this year and want to deal with the same 3 guys!!! Who says that about a dealership!!! I love Toyota vehicles anyway we traded a 98 Camry if that says anything but lighthouse Toyota (where we bought the 98 Camry) didn't give us the same experience!!!! More
We went for service of 2009 Preius but ended up buying 2014 Preius. Our experience was very courteous and friendly. The salesman was very pushy and not willing to listen to us. He tried to push a Prius on us. When I test drove it I could not see well out the back of the car so was not comfortable driving it. He said that could be fixed with a backup camera or maybe by properly adjusting the seat and mirrors which was ridiculous. You need to be able to see out of the back when driving forward down the street as well as when you back up. I told him I was not interested in the Prius and he took us in the showroom and introduced us to a sales manager who owns a Prius and they both pushed the Prius on us. I again said I did not like I driving the car and was not interested. They suggested trying a Prius C to which I said no. Then m wife reminded them that they hadn't shown her the Tacoma or any of the SUVs as she had suggested. The salesman then tried to push a rav 4 on her which was very noisy when we drove it. I wouldn't go back to this dealer because they were not willing to listen to us and let us explore their vehicles to try to find the right fit for us. If you are not comfortable driving a car you are not going to buy it things are as simple as that. I'm not sure about names of the people we worked with because neither offered us a business card. The dealership was immaculate in appearance and I was quickly introduced to Diana Millman with whom I had talked on the phone earlier that day. She was very friendly and happy to answer all of my questions and take me on as many test drives (different models) as I wanted. In the end I purchased a Camry SE and from start to finish the entire experience was quite nice. As a 50 year old male this was by far not my first time buying a car and going into a dealership, although I will say it was as good of an experience as I have had when doing so. My wife and I visited many dealerships and I conducted much research online looking for the right car at the price I wanted to pay. Beaver had a little newer car with a little fewer miles then we were loo much research online looking for the right car at the price I wanted to pay. The car was a little more then we wanted to pay but I told Garrett what we wanted to pay and he told me to come in we could work it out. Well after some very minor negotiating we came to a number we both could live with. We got the deal done rather quickly as we already had financing lined up. I had signed up for the $25 gift card for test driving a car but had forgot to get the form filled out while out the dealership. Also the car only had one key with it so I asked Garrett and Abby Turney if I could still get the gift card and also see if they had any more keys for our car. Well a short time later we received the gift card in the mail and Abby arranged for us to get another key for our car. In the past I have had less than appealing interactions with car dealership personnel but I must say our experience at Beaver was outstanding from beginning to end. I would not hesitate recommending Beaver Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. We will be back for our next car. More

After going through all this and 3 hours later he came back saying $1000 down and 420 a month!!!! that was WAY above what I told him what I wanted. he cam down to $600 and $300 a month and I said no way, He said Come on you can afford it...REALLY? It does not matter that I have a good income he has NO IDEA what I can afford!!! I got up and walked out. A few days later I went to coggin and found a 2010 for $500 Down and WAY under 300 a month.....from the time I walked into coggin till I left with the car was under 3 hours.They did not pressure us at all worked with us on the payments and it was just a 100% better ordeal. I plan to being a coustomer with Coggin for a long time and I have and will continue to Tell People my story about what I went through at Beaver Toyota and will continue to spread it all over social media so people stay away from Beaver Toyota.....
