Despite her young age she was very experienced and knowledgeable, she answered all my questions, showed me several cars until I choose the one I like, explained me all details. She really went out of her way to make it happen and so we drove out with a new car and so happy with purchase. We received exceptional service from Donald Cameron as well, who handled the finance portion of the transaction. Thank you for being so patient with me! I visited Beaver Toyota St. Augustine because they advertised a particular Toyota RAV 4 that I wanted to look at. I sent them an email late one night and the next morning, Aspen Leaf called me and inv advertised a particular Toyota RAV 4 that I wanted to look at. I sent them an email late one night and the next morning, Aspen Leaf called me and invited me to come visit (I live in Jacksonville - St. Augustine is about 45 minutes away). When I visited Beaver Toyota, Aspen was super helpful showing me the RAV 4s and other potential options. Aspen was easy to work with, made me feel very comfortable... and, he found the right car for me - a 2010 Toyota RAV 4 with only 33,000 miles. I've been driving my new/used RAV for a few days now, and I love it. Aspen has contacted me twice since the purchase to make sure all was well. I chatted online and on the phone with Aspen Leaf before ever entering the dealership. Aspen represented them well and helped me as much as he could via phone and online. When I visited the dealership the next day I was turned over to Faron Gallon as Aspen was very busy with another customer. Faron was wonderful, helpful, and we got along great! I purchased a new 2012 Toyota Camry and have been smiling ever since. I love the smaller dealership, everyone is laid back and so very friendly. The atmosphere was quite "homey". I had to go back to get a piece replaced on my car and was offered a sandwich for lunch. WOW was I ever impressed. I took them up on their offer. The service seating area is very condusive to chatting with other customers waiting for service. I met a few very nice ladies. All in all this has been the very best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I consider Faron and Aspen to be friends as well as salesmen.
