When I walked into Beaver Toyota, Kosta was the first representative to approach me. I had just had a horrible experience with Nissan of St Augustine. I was straight forward with what I needed and what I could afford during this difficult transition. Kosta did not attempt to sell me any cars out of my means and stood right in my price range. Being a 28 year old, first time financing my own vehicle, it was very important that I had reliability in the car. With the attention Kosta gave my situation and the price range he was able to keep me in, it was almost as if he were buying a car for his own daughter. Very caring, careful and attentive. I wouldn't have had it any other way. Excellent service Kosta!!!! You deserve a raise :) Ryan helped me with the approval of the loan and even did extra leg work to save me every penny possible. He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get an affordable payment with all the options available to me. After owning my own car close to 10 years prior, I wouldn't have even imagined it would be possible to locate my old tags. This alone I knew would put an extra stress on my pocket, but Ryan took the time to locate it in the system in order for me to not have more added to my finance balance. I don't believe any other dealership would have taken that time in order to save a few hundred for the customer, but Ryan did. He even gave me the best deal possible to add an inexpensive yet excellent warranty plan for an as is car. He worked it!!!! Excellent service and caring employees!!!! Thank you Ryan!!! Joe Ammirati is the best service person I have ever worked with. Despite the fact that my mother and I do not have Toyotas, Joe has always been willing to service our cars and he always assigns them t worked with. Joe's customer service is unparalleled. He goes far above and beyond for his customers to ensure that they are properly taken care of. In my latest car problem, Joe told me that he did not have the diagnostic equipment to be certain what the problem was regarding the check engine light and advised me to take it to Subaru instead. As it turns out, his diagnosis was spot on, but because he wasn't 100% sure, he didn't want to do the work and then have the problem recur a week later. He does what is best for the customer.
