We were greeted by David Stevens, sales associate, and he listened to what we wanted to accomplish on our visit. In a very short time he suggested Brett Morgan , sales manager, join us. He did and again, spent time listening to what we wanted. Imagine, a dealership where salesmen and sales managers actually listen to your specific interests in the car you want and your financial concerns. They were friendly, professional and went above and beyond to find a car and a deal that was good for everybody. While there,we were introduced to the owner. Started with some issues and ended positively. My wife and I contacted Beaver Toyota to receive a OTD quote on a 2014 RAV4. We received a quote over the phone and we came in to the dealership the n My wife and I contacted Beaver Toyota to receive a OTD quote on a 2014 RAV4. We received a quote over the phone and we came in to the dealership the next day to finish the deal. When we arrived we were told a mistake was made and the price we were quoted was not correct. My wife and I were not happy and left without the car. We were contacted by the GM Matt Calavan and after some back and forth discussion with Matt and some conversation between my wife and myself it was decided that the deal offered by Matt was fair albeit not the original deal but fair nonetheless. We returned to the dealership this morning and were treated wonderfully with an apology from Matt Calavan regarding their error. We wrapped up the deal and drove our new RAV4 home. In the end we believe everyone at Beaver was truly sorry for the issues and did all they could to get us a fair deal and make us a happy customer. We are satisfied with the car and the dealership. We will return. More
