Best Car Buying Experience Around. My Wife and I had a great experience with Brian K and the team over there at Beaver Toyota. We took a trip up to Jacksonville and saw a 2011 Highlande My Wife and I had a great experience with Brian K and the team over there at Beaver Toyota. We took a trip up to Jacksonville and saw a 2011 Highlander that was featured online. The interior condition was a mess as well as the outside. I don't see how a company would allow a car in that condition on the lot. Gave a call to Brian K. who we bought our previous Toyota from and took a look at the exact vehicle in a different color. Was like night and day. Its apparent that Beaver takes the time to make sure cars are in pristine condition (as much as possible) before allowing them on there sales lot. Its those little things that you notice when purchasing from Beaver. Brian was great to work with again and he really shows a sense of pride working for Toyota. He knows all the ins and outs of the vehicles and is not pushy like some car salesman tend to be. He's not looking to just "close the deal". He wants to make sure this is the right vehicle for our needs and build a long term buying relationship. You can tell he takes his position seriously and went out of his way to help us make the deal happen. Not only that but once the deal was done, he made sure to set up all of the electronics and so we did not have to mess with it once we got home. Most salesman neglect the follow up once the deal is done, not Brian. George May was a pleasure to work with as well. Again, didn't push anything on us but made sure the car was right for us and the price worked for both parties. Daniel Marshall helped us in Finance for the second time and provided us with a great rate and made sure we were aware of all of our warranty options. Really went out of his way once again to make everything worked out smoothly. Really can't say enough about this dealership. As a business owner, you can tell when a place is cutting corners or just doesn't care for the customer more than making the next dollar. Beaver Toyota is NOT one of those places. They really care about the customer and providing top notch customer service and sales. When the time comes for a new vehicle in the future, this will be the place we go. Thanks for not only an outstanding vehicle but an overall great buying experience. More

Bait and No Card This dealer advertised a low "discounted" price on their website and on Autotrader.com for a used "Certified" Toyota that I test drove. I learned aft This dealer advertised a low "discounted" price on their website and on Autotrader.com for a used "Certified" Toyota that I test drove. I learned after the test drive that the advertised price did not include the Toyota Certified program features. If I wanted the Certified program features I would have to pay nearly $2000 more. How do you remove a 160-point inspection that presumably has already occurred so that the dealer can advertise it as "Certified?" Additionally, I was supposed to receive a "$25 Visa Incentive Debit Card" just by handing my salesman a form and taking a test drive. I never received it. I won't be back. More

We used a consumer pricing service, which gave us a price the dealership agreed to in advance, so I can't really give an opinion on how well Beaver would work with you on price, if you walked in cold. We test drove a couple Prius vehicles and then waited over the weekend to make my decision. I'm happy that my purchase made Robert Nolen salesman of the month. More
