I had originally come in to get my car inspected because my check engine light was on and I had some issues when I was starting my car. When I came in a few months ago, the service guy seemed like all he wanted to do was take my money and talk me into buying a car, when I just wanted to fix the one I already have. The service this time was phenomenal and I will refer everyone I know to Joe and Andy, for amazing service with a friendly attitude. More

I had arranged a meeting time with Aspen to inquire about a used Corolla. After my test drive, we went inside to discuss the price of the vehicle. As soon as we sat down, Aspen told us he had to leave to go a used Corolla. After my test drive, we went inside to discuss the price of the vehicle. As soon as we sat down, Aspen told us he had to leave to go to his other appointment. He had mentioned the other appointment before, but said he would be able to juggle between the two. Instead, another sales person (Nick, who did a great job) came over and ran the numbers for me. I didn't hear from Aspen again until after I had signed my paperwork for the car. He was nice enough to take me to my insurance company to get an issue worked out, but overall, I was not impressed by Aspen's professionalism. While waiting for them to detail the car and bring it around for me, I watched 2 other people around me purchase cars. After they signed their paperwork, a manager came out and thanked them personally and shook their hand. I did not hear from or even speak to a manager until I called back a few days after because I was not given things that were written on the car description (keyless entry to the car). When I emailed Aspen about the keyless entry, I was given a hard time about how, "the previous owner must have lost it" and how I wasn't entitled to one although it was written in the car description. When he finally agreed to have one made for me, Aspen made it sound like it was a burden on the dealership and the only reason he was doing it was because it was a "Toyota Certified" used vehicle. Lastly, if you are buying a car from this dealership, make sure they put gas in the tank for you. While driving back from the insurance company to the dealership, I mentioned to Aspen that the gas light was about to come on thinking they would add some gas to the car when we got back to the dealership. Instead, we pulled up, Aspen went and made a copy of the insurance card, and sent me on my way. I had to stop at the gas station shortly after to fill up the tank. Overall, I am happy with the car I purchased from this dealership, but I was far from happy about the service I received from Aspen. I have since interacted with the service department and other employees there and have nothing but good things to say. They were all friendly and provided exceptional customer service. More

We were in the market for a used Toyota Tacoma and stopped in at our local Toyota dealership to see what they had on hand. Burt greeted us right away and was very knowledgeable about what we were loo stopped in at our local Toyota dealership to see what they had on hand. Burt greeted us right away and was very knowledgeable about what we were looking for. We joked (kind of) with Burt -- many times -- about wanting the "WOW Price" and what he needed to do to "WOW" us! He took it in great stride and promised to "WOW" us. We test drove several models and thanked him for all the time he spent with us and decided we needed to continue to look around and not jump on the first thing and left. We returned a few hours later and told Burt he had Wowed us now we wanted the "WOW-WOW" experience. The process was smooth and the time spent at the dealership was very pleasant. The Business Manager, Nick, even went above and beyond to call us back to the dealership after we closed the deal to say he got us a better rate and payment than we originally signed for!!! We trust the Toyota reputation and have now added a 2011 Toyota Tacoma to go with our 2008 Rav4 and our 1992 4-Runner 4x4 -- which still runs awesome!!! We love our new Tacoma! Thank you!!! More

Torie made time to review all of the operating features of our new vehicle and even called the following day to check on us. All of our dealings were either e-mail, text message (mostly), or occasional phones call. How refreshing to find a sales person that’s not afraid to give you some breathing room! All together the most satisfying car buying experience we have ever had. More
