He further stated he could not honor the e-price as they wouldn't make any money off of my car because they would have to wholesale it. I asked what would happen if I paid cash, would it be false advertising if he didn't honor the e-price as there would be no additional money to be made as I wouldn't have a trade. At the point of walking out he offered to pay off trade and internet price but said "what should we do differently on our e-pricing, should we advertise it for more? I said "stop the games" I was frustrated to the point of palpitations, life is too short, trust your gut. One of my mistakes in this situation was not trusting my gut. We bought the vehicle, because it was in my price range and the service department manager, Rodney took the time to lift the vehicle and check for frame damage and allowed us to look as well. (we forgot to ask for the carfax until the end and it showed an accident) I bought the vehicle despite the sales experience. I had to hound to get my promised $25 gift card 90 days later, the sales person never called back and I had to call someone else, it was certified however they would not update the navigation. Also, we bought an extended warranty that "covers everything" and had a buzzing sound coming from the dash that they tried not to cover but did thanks to the finance manager Mr Cameron, but I noticed a stress crack in my windshield the next day that they denied but said I could claim it on my insurance because it doesn't cost anything. Clearly they could see from the lateral line low by the dash without a chip was very likely their fault. Especially since the dash was just removed to diagnose the buzz. Again, nothing is perfect but it makes the world better for all of us if we at least try to be. More

Was Not WOWWED High pressure sales tactics reminiscent of the 80's - high pressure and lightning fast to sell high end options, even extended warranties. WOW - Vehicle accessories listed on web site were not those actually on vehicle - manager blamed the high priced errors on "third party" web developers. Same manager ignored customers request for remedial action. WOW - F&I manager spent 3/4 hours talking non-stop trying to sell high pressure extended warranty that is commercially available of 1/3 the price. WOW - Email messages and inquiries sent were ignored by some of the staff. After sale contact was non-existent - was kinda wowwed into feeling like yesterdays leftovers. More

He showed us a car right off the bat and confidently told us he could work the price down into our price range. The car was great- it had everything we were looking for, but it was slightly out of our budget. Unlike the previous salesmen we dealt with in the day, Bobby actually did work with us and got the price exactly where we needed it to be. Bobby had a great attitude and made the entire experience fun! He even ordered pizza while we worked out the paperwork! Overall it was about a four day process, to choose a car and get all the finances worked out. She was there every step of the way, answering all of my naive questions. I ended up getting approved without a cosigner! And at a great monthly rate for my 2012 Yaris! She is highly recommended! More

It's not that complicated - most people realize cars are expensive, but you have to have one. Just post a fair price, be prepared to resolve any issues that come up during the warranty period and beyond - simple, right ? More
