We want to express our gratitude for the recent great service performed on my 2007 Highlander Sport. This was no a typical oil change and tire rotation - but an expensive (for me) Timing Belt and Water Pump replacement. Our Service Rep was Joe and he deserves a lot of credit for ensuring all bases were covered - and he did. I was preapproved on line which was very user friendly. I found out 20 minutes after I applied that I was preapproved for a brand new Camri. Night and day difference dealing with Beaver Toyota and than the previous dealership, St Augustine Toyota. We had a great experience with Kosta, George, & Daniel! Was hesitant about going back to the Toyo than the previous dealership, St Augustine Toyota. We had a great experience with Kosta, George, & Daniel! Was hesitant about going back to the Toyota dealership in St Augustine after an especially bad experience last year when my husband and I purchased a previously owner vehicle. We were given the run around during that transaction. This past weekend surpassed last year's experience by a long shot. Kosta was very friend'y and informative, no high pressure sales. George was professional, accommodating, and had a great sense of humor. Daniel was professional and patient. More

Faron was fantastic, and I would rate him a 5+. We do feel that we were duped on the price of the used car that we purchased. It was listed on-line at approximately $25,400. When we arrived to look at the car, the window sticker price was actually over $28K. When I mentioned that I had seen the price on-line for considerably less, I was asked what price I saw. I wasn't exactly sure, but I did mention that I thought it was mid-$25K. We paid $25,900 for the car and I thought, well, okay, they must have looked up the actual price. Imagine my surprise when I got home, looked up the on-line price and found that we had paid $500 more than the on-line price that was listed on the dealer's web site. I realize that a consumer has responsibility for knowing a price and I should have written down exact figures. I do feel that whoever set the price of the car was dishonest with us and either didn't look it up or fudged the price. We trusted people to be honest, we didn't want to argue about what we thought was a fair price, and we wound up overpaying. This is our first experience with Beaver Toyota, and we really don't feel confident about trusting people there. We drove 40 miles each way to purchase this car and had hoped that we had found a place where people can be trusted. Apparently, this is not the case. We accept the fact that we made a mistake in not knowing exact figures, but it sure would have been nice if someone could have been honest. More
