Excellent experience during service appointment I brought my new car into the service department for its first check, where some minor scratches were noticed (from a hit by construction debris durin I brought my new car into the service department for its first check, where some minor scratches were noticed (from a hit by construction debris during a recent road trip). The used car director Mr Manfredi, overheard my conversation and offered to take a look at it. He went immediately back to service and ended up having his crew buff the scratches away. I was amazed that he immediately and generously helped me out without even being asked. Francisco Manfredi is another great, responsive and friendly employee of Beaver Toyota of Saint Augustine! These folks continually strive to exceed expectations. I heartily recommend this dealership. More

Amazing customer service This place is amazing when it comes to customer service! I went in to look for a new SUV for my big family. Aspen was the guy who helped me and really This place is amazing when it comes to customer service! I went in to look for a new SUV for my big family. Aspen was the guy who helped me and really spent a lot of time with me looking at a couple of options. Well it didn't work out that day. I went back a couple days later with a better idea of what I wanted to spend and what I needed. Aspen was not in yet so Doug then helped me. I already knew what vehicle I wanted to look at and probably buy. I test drove a pathfinder and it was very nice. Doug thought he had seen a newer one come in but didn't see it.... He drove down every single isle of the vehicles in the back until he found the newer, better pathfinder on the very last row. He could of simply let me get the older one with more miles, but he went out of his way to find me something better. Then it came down to the money part.... I told him what I had and how much I was willing to pay. The guys who work finance got exactly what I needed/wanted. By this time I had both Doug and Aspen helping me and getting things together for me. They even help me clean out and transfer the stuff from my old truck into the new truck ( with 4 kids it was a lot!) I've even gotten calls over a week later to make sure I was happy and that everything was ok. They really made me feel like they were there to help.... Not just make a sale. They both kept me up with what was going on and did not try to blindside me at all. I will always go back when shopping for a new vehicle and would highly recommend anybody else needing a new vehicle to shop with them. They really have YOUR best interest at heart and are not just trying to get a sale! More
