Cam, George and the whole staff were great. I had been shopping for a small truck for months, before deciding on buying a Tacoma (I have owned 4 trucks and this was my first Toyota). Cam was ready when I arrived and we quickly went for a test drive. He and George negotiated a competitive, fair price and I came back later for payment and pickup. When I picked it up the whole process was easy peasy as the owner would say. All the paperwork was done digitally and was stored on a usb thumb drive they gave me. When we walked to the perfectly prepared truck, I had the thumb drive, 2 keys, a new metal tag already on the car, a full tank, and even the registration. No waiting for any tags, titles, etc in the mail. I hate to admit it but at Beaver the dealer fee actually has value, and is not for 10 minutes of paperwork. Their use of technology to optimize the purchase experience for the customer was a very impressive in all aspects from beginning to end, and I'm looking forward to using the Tacoma for a long time! More
