I’ve bought two cars from Ryan now and one of them was the first car I ever financed. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL SALESMAN. I definitely had a "WOW" experience> I built a Tacoma TRD Pro on the Toyota website and it showed this dealership had two in transit. When I arrived I definitely had a "WOW" experience> I built a Tacoma TRD Pro on the Toyota website and it showed this dealership had two in transit. When I arrived the salesman approached me and didn't introduce himself. He showed me the invoice of one of the truck and I asked him about the line item that turned out to be the dealer markup. Before we got to any negotiation he started being very unprofessional. In his justification for the markup he ranted off bunch of stuff: how long you've been looking for a truck? Do you know anything about trucks, Toyota? Have you ever owned a Toyota? Have you ever purchased a Toyota? Do you know how rare this truck is? You don't walk into a dealership and buy a $50K+ truck without doing research. You don't take such a condescending position before negotiation! I was fed up and got up to leave. I said I said I don't want to waste your time. As I was walking away he said: WE DON'T WANT YOU TO WASTE OUR TIME EITHER. This salesman needs some serious training. More
