Although I was given electronic copies of all the paperwork, I was never shown nor given a copy of the loan contract, and only saw it after requesting it from my bank five days later. I then found out the loan amount was almost $2,400 higher than what was agreed upon and signed by both parties, and the APR was 0.24% above what was mentioned when I asked during the signing process. Requesting explanations from finance didn’t lead anywhere, however they did agree to refund the overcharges, which I am told will take 4–6 weeks to be received. Sales gets top marks, but the finance side needs serious improvement. Also, they offered free delivery. This was a nice touch; however, the gentleman who drove the car to my house apparently had been at some kind of construction site prior to getting into my new car. He left copious amounts of white chalky dirt all over the driver's side floor. When I sent a picture to Ned, he promised a free car wash on my next visit to compensate. The next day, I also noticed a small hole on the bottom of the front passenger's side bumper. I also informed Ned about this (with picture). He said he never saw it, and it wasn't in any of the pictures they had of the car. He said it will be up to the service department to determine if this is something they will repair. Four and a half hours for a battery change after they broke a part that had nothing to do with the battery, causing my car to fail after driving away. The service director, Scott was incredibly rude, unaccommodating and unapologetic.
