Laurence P was my sales and my finance man was David seals. I had probably the worst day. Tearful bc my car was in bad shape but I didn’t have a scratch.. He set up everything with such ease and even help give me ginger ale when I felt the nerves of buying a car. He made sure to contact me with any issues. He also looked at different cars in my budget. I don’t have much to give .. I’ll probably never be rich. Im that friendly bus driver that the kids and family love as of now the past 5 years and still going. I’m so glad I came in and got taking care of. The entire store was clean. Everyone was such a help. I hope to always to stick with a Toyota. It been proven to keep me safe and my lovely daughter. I got there to pick up the car the manager was great and even got one of the techs to come check out something on the car before I pulled off with it. All in all great dealership. I believe they will stand behind their car. I'll be making another review soon about the vehicle and service after I've had the car for about a month. We will see, but great dealership and team. This was the best dealership experience I have ever had. Everyone at this dealership that I had contact with was incredibly nice. My salesman was Bob Vespi. He was outstanding. He gave me different options and what they would cost. Bob had a lot of patience and is just an all around good man. He knew I really wanted the Trailhunter and he went to the Sales Manager Kyle (who I also met and was really impressed with) to get me the best deal he could. I got an incredible deal on this truck that I really love! Bob Vespi and Kyle are honest as the day is long! I also have to give mention to Seth in the Finance Department who was also very helpful. Everyone at Beaver Toyota worked together to give me a great experience. I really cannot say enough nice things about these gentlemen and this dealership! I will be back with my wife when it comes time for her to get a new truck. More
