I was very pleased with my salesman, however I was disappointed in the finance team not submitting my application for a loan when I left. On June 28th. Beaver Toyota serviced my car or so I think. I had wipers,filters, battery all replaced. Oil and filter. Tires supposedly replaced I thought.i am dis Beaver Toyota serviced my car or so I think. I had wipers,filters, battery all replaced. Oil and filter. Tires supposedly replaced I thought.i am disabled and they have serviced since I bought it..I was driving in backwoods GA. Started pouring rain. A wiper blade flew out from under my hood. I pulled over. Shut down to get it. Got back in my battery that I thought i bought was dead. Opened hood. Original battery still in. I trusted them with not only my life, but my dad who I take to chemo and 80 year old mother in law I drive to doctors. This is so not right. I spent almost 409 dollars. Did they even service my car. Someone has to be hel accountable. What else are you doing to other people. My car will not be back to Beaver Toyota in St. Augustine. Better hope my filters look new. Not a happy person right now..
