Every experience is a struggle. They called to change my scheduled appointment for a time that worked better for them, was late and showed up closer to the appointment time anyway. When I called to check in since I also had a packed schedule, they were very defensive and would “get there when they get there”. Pushed mandatory service so my oil change turned into a $955 service. Were impatient and rude throughout the day. Will not be going back, ever. More

Brought our 2020 Equinox in for Routine/Maintenance Service: Oil & Filter Change, Tire Rotation, Air Filter Replacement and Multi-Point Inspection (MPI). The Service Advisor was knowledgeable and commu Service: Oil & Filter Change, Tire Rotation, Air Filter Replacement and Multi-Point Inspection (MPI). The Service Advisor was knowledgeable and communicative, the services performed by Mechanic were "spot on" and the charges were fair & reasonable. That being said, however, I do have 3 Complaints: these routine services took more than 3 hours to complete; I was NOT given a Copy of the MPI Report (as "other" dealerships do) - which would be most HELPFUL for planning future maintenance; and MOST ANNOYINGLY, the Dealership NOW charges a 3% "SURCHARGE" when paying with a credit card!! I trust in, and recommend, the services performed ... BUT, in the future I'll be paying with an alternate (less convenient) form of payment. More
