This is mostly out of their control, but the service department is just too busy. It seems that the techs and advisors are too overwhelmed to look at the vehicle and make recommendations. A porter check department is just too busy. It seems that the techs and advisors are too overwhelmed to look at the vehicle and make recommendations. A porter checked me in, and after roughly 2 hours for an oil change, my service advisor handed me the keys, which was the first time we spoke. If Beaver won’t rotate the tires when I get oil changes, and check the other basic maintenance items, it forces me to take the vehicle to two different places. More
I made an appointment for an oil change Upon arrival I was informed there would be a two hour wait. Ultimately put my truck in the express lane and it took close to an hour. And I brought my current truck there I will be taking my business to another Chevrolet dealer for future service needs and to purchase a new truck. Perhaps they should get rid of that " Wow you " slogan. More

Every experience is a struggle. They called to change my scheduled appointment for a time that worked better for them, was late and showed up closer to the appointment time anyway. When I called to check in since I also had a packed schedule, they were very defensive and would “get there when they get there”. Pushed mandatory service so my oil change turned into a $955 service. Were impatient and rude throughout the day. Will not be going back, ever. More
