Service always takes so long! The service department hasn't gotten the message from owner "here to Wow ya!" Requested a tire rotation also, had to go by Ford and have them reset the tire pressure indicators, guess they forgot that part! Thanks to AutoNation Ford for readjusting the air pressure in the tires also! And the statement "loaner with every service", not true!! Be prepared to stay the day with them! Their "snack" area needs major help! Jelly beans are okay, but why not try something else since you have us "hostage" until service is complete. More
