She went the extra mile with assessing what the issue was and gave me the straight forward truth about how long it may take. I was prepared for the wait based on previous experiences and completely understood. There were even refreshments available that had been delivered for the customers! My Vehicle was Basically a Hostage Dropped truck off at 8:30am for an oil change and to have a dash panel reset into its casing. Called over seven times throughout the day trying to find out how things were going/when I could pick my truck up. Every call was sent to voicemail... and I left multiple messages. Finally at about 6:10pm... P.M.! I called and got voicemail again, so I immediately called back so I could talk to the front desk again because I was going to tell her that I needed to talk to somebody, ANYBODY that was in the building. Before I could say anything more than my name, she put me on hold (she had been somewhat abrupt and unhelpful all day) and suddenly I had been transferred through to my service manager — whose voicemail I'd just gotten less than 3 minutes before (and all day). My service manager was extremely unapologetic and gave no reason why I hadn't been contacted when the service was finished or why my voicemails hadn't been returned. Thankfully I caught her before she went home for the day OR I WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN ABLE TO EVEN PICK UP MY VEHICLE! She sent my paperwork to the front desk and said to check out there. When I arrived the front desk manager was watching videos on her phone and didn't even notice me standing (literally) less than three feet from her until I quietly said, "Excuse me?" and even then as she check me out I felt very overlooked and unwanted. I am a female in my late 20's, but I look quite young — I have no idea if that has any bearing on these interactions... in any case, it shouldn't and when I had to suddenly get my battery replaced a week after my oil change appointment, I went to Coggin and they got me in earlier than my appointment and kept open lines of communication. I can't wait to work with them again. More
