Horrible, they took my review down!! I purchased a Mustang there a year ago and needed the original sales paperwork. I was sent to the sales manager for my request. I asked him politely, I purchased a Mustang there a year ago and needed the original sales paperwork. I was sent to the sales manager for my request. I asked him politely, no reason not to, for a copy of the paperwork. He responded extremely rude and obnoxious and walked away. needless to say. I will never go back to that dealer again and warn anybody that if your not buying a car they have no need for you. More

If you need great service and advice on what needs to be replaced and fixed you should ask for this gentlemen personally, he works in service as an advisor and couldn't be happier and satisfied with the Dealership service he provided for me, thanks to him he has made my day. I have to say however, he really went above and beyond and did absolutely everything he could to keep me happy and that these days is really hard to come by at a business and it really takes a lot to do for someone, not once has he complained or gave me any reason to think great service wouldn't be met or provided, he also was great as far as communication goes as well, every time he time I called and had a question or lft a vml he was available to let me know what is exactly was going on and how long it would be for the repair in no time, he is def. a dependable employee. I just would like to say thank you again for everything Ronnie I def. will be back to rcv this great service again from you means a lot to me to know your car can be handled in a great place with people who actually care about your vehicle like Beaver Chev. Teri Dalstorm also would like to give a big thanks as well to this man who works in service for transportation services, if you are waiting for your car to be fixed or need a ride to and from work, he is an awesome person to ride with a great person at heart, definitely felt safe and reassured at the same time with him and provides a very professional attitude to reassure you that everything is being handled at the time of service, thank you for making that day easier on me Teri you were great! He had nothing but positive things to say to make me feel everything would be ok at the time of service when repaired when I was nervous about having my car fixed and never being there before for Chevy related issues with my Camaro. You have an employee who is a thief. You had my cat for 6 days. I told you what was wrong with it you didn't believe me. Then someone stoled stuff out of my truck. Cops got involved.
