I was WOW'd by how TERRIBLE the experience was My car was returned with more problems than I started with after having $2,400 repair! The Tech did not care about my car and didn't put my car back t My car was returned with more problems than I started with after having $2,400 repair! The Tech did not care about my car and didn't put my car back together completely and broke multiple pieces of the car, including a new key fob. Service adviser was never prepared with accurate information when calling me or leaving messages. Very disappointed and disgusted by the service department here. More

Great Experience From start to finish, my service experience with Beaver Chevrolet was great! I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation in advance. From start to finish, my service experience with Beaver Chevrolet was great! I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation in advance. They honored a coupon from another Jacksonville Chevy dealer, saving me a long drive and wait. I dropped my vehicle off and they provided a print out of additional recommended and upcoming maintenance. There was no pressure to purchase the additional services but I do appreciate the information that was shared. I was informed when my vehicle was ready and they even gave it a complimentary wash! It is obvious the new ownership of this dealership is trying hard to win back customers following issues with previous owner. I wish them success in the future and plan to return for future service.
