Fake smiles and deplorable service My brand new car, purchased at Beaver, was towed there after an accident. My car sat there for TWO MONTHS waiting for parts. When I was FINALLY told i My brand new car, purchased at Beaver, was towed there after an accident. My car sat there for TWO MONTHS waiting for parts. When I was FINALLY told it was ready (via my insurance company as no one from Beaver ever contacted me) I went to pick it up and was made to wait over an hour for it. When I was given the car back, it was absolutely filthy and had dirty footprints and handprints all over the inside. The mats were caked with filth to the point where I had to take them up to even push the pedal down. Once I was able to turn the car on, I realized it was on EMPTY and was running poorly. I tried to drive the car away, and it stalled just down the street from the dealership. My car had to be PUSHED to the nearest gas station so I could put enough fuel into it for it to run. While at the gas station I noticed damage to the grill that was supposedly replaced. After leaving countless messages with employees in the service department, still now over a month later, nothing has been done. A customer should NEVER EVER receive their car back in this condition and be left without any response or explanation. Shame on you, Beaver Chevrolet! More

Not the best experience Three hours for an oil change and tire rotation. O had a scheduled appointment and it took three hours for two simple services. Their computer system was down which apparently caused them to skip my vehicle. They compensated by waiving the $20 tire rotation fee. While I appreciate the compensation it's embarrassing that they believe my time is worth less than $7 per hour. More

Up Front and Honest Otis was my Service Rep and he was honest and followed up on everything that he committed to, I was needing my vehicle completed but Otis stood his gr Otis was my Service Rep and he was honest and followed up on everything that he committed to, I was needing my vehicle completed but Otis stood his ground and explained the Department didn't want to release it before several test drives so I wouldn't have to return the vehicle for poor service, I have to admit that made sense and was logical. Dissatisfaction disappointing I was just in for an oil change and I definitely wasn't happy with the service. Evan my service advisor never knew I was there. I stopped him to a I was just in for an oil change and I definitely wasn't happy with the service. Evan my service advisor never knew I was there. I stopped him to ask about my car, at that time I was already there an hour. I told him I had other concerns which could have been addressed had he acknowledged I was there. He said he never knew, cause no one told him yet I had an appointment at 10am, so I guess he should have looked at his schedule. And another thing the other service staff shouldn't be gossiping about customers, I could totally hear them till they started whispering and it was about me So I was wondering about the oil changes but I rather take it somewhere else and pay than subject myself to that again More
