Beaver is by far the worst dealership when it comes to the service department. This is the second Chevrolet I have owned and I vow to never buy another one of their cars again. They have given me the run the service department. This is the second Chevrolet I have owned and I vow to never buy another one of their cars again. They have given me the run around to fixing an ongoing issue that clearly involves my transmission for the last year. I brought the vehicle in 3 times since November 2022 regarding the same issue. I bought the car brand new off the lot and to date I have only about 40k miles and have had 2 major issues with the vehicle since then. It’s clear that they are waiting on the power train warranty to expire in hopes of mysteriously finding the issue after 60k miles so that the warranty is no longer valid. I highly encourage you to shop elsewhere or get something other than a Chevrolet. More
Back seatbelt failed. Dealer wants $400 to fix unless the part is broken and if it is, it would be more. Service Department was awesome! I had Manny take care of me, when i walked in, i was terrified that he was going to try and sell me a bunch of different services. He did tell me what was due for my car and me, when i walked in, i was terrified that he was going to try and sell me a bunch of different services. He did tell me what was due for my car and even explained where the data he’s presenting me came from, but when i declined, he happily accepted my answer and moved forward. He didn’t make it sound like it as going to die and that my truck was going to blow up if i didn’t do any additional services. He even made sure to note what was due on my truck since i told him i had my own mechanic who would do that work for me. Overall great experience and greatest service. More
