Horrible, they took my review down!! I purchased a Mustang there a year ago and needed the original sales paperwork. I was sent to the sales manager for my request. I asked him politely, no reason not to, for a copy of the paperwork. He responded extremely rude and obnoxious and walked away. needless to say. I will never go back to that dealer again and warn anybody that if your not buying a car they have no need for you. More

If you need great service and advice on what needs to be replaced and fixed you should ask for this gentlemen personally, he works in service as an advisor and couldn't be happier and satisfied with the Dealership service he provided for me, thanks to him he has made my day. I have to say however, he really went above and beyond and did absolutely everything he could to keep me happy and that these days is really hard to come by at a business and it really takes a lot to do for someone, not once has he complained or gave me any reason to think great service wouldn't be met or provided, he also was great as far as communication goes as well, every time he time I called and had a question or lft a vml he was available to let me know what is exactly was going on and how long it would be for the repair in no time, he is def. a dependable employee.
