Paloma was spot on with everything and was very efficient. I was there for two hours, which I think was a little long to get an oil change and tire rotation but I have been treated exceptional wel efficient. After calling two other Chevy dealerships in the area, Beaver Chevrolet was a breath of fresh air. One of the other dealership wasn't able to schedule an appointment online until a month down the road an Beaver Chevrolet was a breath of fresh air. One of the other dealership wasn't able to schedule an appointment online until a month down the road and when I called them on the phone, it was two weeks different. The other dealership scheduled me for an appointment three days after I called. After arriving for the appointment, they booked me in to the wrong department and didn't really have an appointment until two weeks later. Beaver Chevrolet welcomed me in like family and conduct maintenance on two of my vehicles that same day. Thank you Bradley Poole for creating an environment that I know look forward to. More
