Came in and told rep I was getting dashboard message about a steering assist malfunction. She looked up the code and $400 later it’s still doing it. I know I will never buy another Chevrolet or any other car from here for that matter. I had a hard time getting my transmission issue fixed under that 100,000 warranty a few months ago. I told the rep that I was still having issues with the supposed repair and she just dismissed it saying the car is just getting used to my driving style after reset. It’s been almost 4 months. Shameful. More

This is by far the worst treatment I’ve received from Beaver since 2021. I’ve purchased 4 vehicles from them and the service has been good up until now. I purchased a 2023 Cadillac Saturday and had issue Beaver since 2021. I’ve purchased 4 vehicles from them and the service has been good up until now. I purchased a 2023 Cadillac Saturday and had issues with it 2 hours after leaving the lot. I took it back Monday morning and I didn’t hear from anyone until I called Wednesday afternoon. Candy informed me that they fixed the issue (the car is having transmission problems) and I knew immediately that was a lie. I picked it up anyway and got 10 down 95 south and the car instantly started doing the same exact thing I took it there for. I expect more from them especially after being a loyal customer for 4 years and multiple cars from there. More
