Service Department was awesome! I had Manny take care of me, when i walked in, i was terrified that he was going to try and sell me a bunch of different services. He did tell me what was due for my car and me, when i walked in, i was terrified that he was going to try and sell me a bunch of different services. He did tell me what was due for my car and even explained where the data he’s presenting me came from, but when i declined, he happily accepted my answer and moved forward. He didn’t make it sound like it as going to die and that my truck was going to blow up if i didn’t do any additional services. He even made sure to note what was due on my truck since i told him i had my own mechanic who would do that work for me. Overall great experience and greatest service. More

Fast-forward almost 2 years and our experience is much different. The service department at this dealership is deplorable. We have taken our vehicle in two times for the A/C failing and because they are unable tp duplicate it inside their shop, they say we've been imagining it. At least 4 trips to the west coast of FL, the air gives out right around Gainesville and unless we stop, turn off the car for 10 minutes or more and then start it back up, it will not correct. We can put the fan onto the highest setting and NOTHING comes out of the vents, but you can hear it running behind the dash...but no air. The last time this happened, we had our dog in the back seat and we had to pull over to let her cool off in the shade and get her out of the car. As soon as the heat in FL is over 80 degrees, this is unbearable in a vehicle that is out in the sun. I cannot believe that Linda Beaver or any other face of this company can be satisfied with this type of treatment of their customers. To have the car for 3 weeks, NOT take it out for a long drive to try to duplicate the circumstances, to tell us we have IMAGINED this problem and then to attach a passive aggressive document to our invoice showing us how an air conditioner works? Are you kidding me? I have never treated anyone like this and we have been SO patient and kept the service department in the loop as we experienced these issues and still, no resolve. If you want a new car, I would not recommend Beaver Chevrolet. We were fooled by the commercials...they did not wow us. It is unacceptable to be paying for a car that is under 2 years old and having these issues that they refuse to fix. I have video that is date/time stamped showing where we can't feel the A/C any longer after we'd been driving in town for a long while. I will keep documenting this and keep adding to my file on this vehicle. I'm interested if they'd been able to "find the problem" once it's all out of warranty and the responsibility is on me to pay out of pocket...oh I bet they'd find plenty wrong then. For the record the unhelpful and rude service technician who was nasty to my husband is Emmanuel. They're also very behind in servicing vehicles because so many are in need of repair...that should be a giant red flag to the quality of their product. I'm just so disappointed and so very disheartened. More
I would not recommend this garage. My teenage son is I would not recommend this garage. My teenage son is military and he was visiting for the holidays. On the way here, his truck broke a seal. I was trying to get his truck in good repair so he could return back to his base after the holidays which is 2,200 miles away. He has a new truck with a warranty, free oil changes on it and only 20K miles on it. Beaver Chevrolet charged me $150 and said to him, "we don't work on trucks like this!" They gave him back the truck with nothing being done on it. I called back and asked why they did not change at least give him a free oil change and the alignment that I asked for. All they did was hold the truck up all day and laugh at my son and tell him its wouldn't be broke if he did not lift it up. Couldn't they have given that answer when it pulled in before charging me $150. I only asked if the work was warranty or not? They are rude and dishonest. They could have still given me the alignment and the oil change that I asked for. So, I went elsewhere and paid for an oil change, even though I still has 2 free ones on this truck. I also found a shop that cared and could do the work for me. If you can go to a dealership, in other parts of the country and buy a truck just like his on the lot, why can't Beaver Chevrolet at least do the oil change and the alignment and call me to tell they prefer not to work on the truck. Instead, I got charged $150 for nothing. This is what baffles me... in Texas and in Nevada my son has received excellent service on the truck under warranty. He bought a very expensive thinking that there would be good service after the sale. Not at this dealership! I am in the market to buy another truck! It will not be here. I regret wasting time at Beaver Chevrolet. It will not happen again. More
The service department is fantastic and easy to work with. Emmanuel Parmar is a great service advisor. Who ever trained this guy, known what hey are doing. Kind courteous an professional. Service Department is Terrible!!! I made an appointment online for my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado High Country to get the first oil change/service plus tire rotation/balance for 9:00AM on I made an appointment online for my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado High Country to get the first oil change/service plus tire rotation/balance for 9:00AM on 01-18-2020. I arrived at 8:45AM and was signed in by Dave Parisi and was advised that my vehicle had 3 factory recalls but was assured they could be repaired promptly during my service appointment. I told the advisor my wife was picking me up for breakfast and a few errands. Service advisor stated to make sure I was back by 2:PM because the service department closed at 2:00PM. I returned at 12:15PM and Mr Parisi told me that my vehicle was not quite done but they were finishing up on the recalls. I then waited in the lobby till 1:20PM and went back to Mr. Parisi and then James Venson to find out that NO WORK had been performed on my vehicle. I was told by Mr. Parisi that since I was not waiting for my vehicle that all the other cars were taken before my vehicle even though I had a 9:00AM appointment. I asked why I needed to make an appointment? (No REAL answer) Hard to fathom this is actually Beaver Chevrolet shop policy. Big and small in this situation. I was only able to get a oil and filter change after 5 hours and will have to go back for recalls and tire rotation/balance. I also have no real confidence that the oil change was done per Chevrolet specs since it was such a rush job. The service advisor talks a good game but has no clue what the shop is actually doing with your vehicle. Also, the promise of the courtesy was not delivered either in this case. I don't think this is the type of WOW service that Mrs. Beaver is referring to in their advertising. More
