After calling two other Chevy dealerships in the area, Beaver Chevrolet was a breath of fresh air. One of the other dealership wasn't able to schedule an appointment online until a month down the road an Beaver Chevrolet was a breath of fresh air. One of the other dealership wasn't able to schedule an appointment online until a month down the road and when I called them on the phone, it was two weeks different. The other dealership scheduled me for an appointment three days after I called. After arriving for the appointment, they booked me in to the wrong department and didn't really have an appointment until two weeks later. Beaver Chevrolet welcomed me in like family and conduct maintenance on two of my vehicles that same day. Thank you Bradley Poole for creating an environment that I know look forward to. More

First oil change. 5000 miles.. everyone was friendly but I asked them to look at thee alignment as it drove funny ever since I bought it. Beaver is by far the worst dealership when it comes to the service department. This is the second Chevrolet I have owned and I vow to never buy another one of their cars again. They have given me the run the service department. This is the second Chevrolet I have owned and I vow to never buy another one of their cars again. They have given me the run around to fixing an ongoing issue that clearly involves my transmission for the last year. I brought the vehicle in 3 times since November 2022 regarding the same issue. I bought the car brand new off the lot and to date I have only about 40k miles and have had 2 major issues with the vehicle since then. It’s clear that they are waiting on the power train warranty to expire in hopes of mysteriously finding the issue after 60k miles so that the warranty is no longer valid. I highly encourage you to shop elsewhere or get something other than a Chevrolet. More
