I had to get out the car and walk up the two gentleman and when asked for assistance only one was friendly enough to assist me nd then the person assigned to assist me was available so I had to wait with and when asked for assistance only one was friendly enough to assist me nd then the person assigned to assist me was available so I had to wait with my child and then realizing I’ve been waiting for over 15 minutes although I had appointment scheduled someone else in thr office explained to me after asking the woman was still busy then after another 5 minutes went by the gentleman from earlier came nd grabbed my keys and took to the back . The person assigned to me wasn’t available until after 30 minutes and my car was already back there , although she did apologize and my car was taken care of quickly when finished she said everything was good to go on my vehicle. But it wasn’t she didn’t point out the issue on my car I had and then she explained it costs me money and etc overall it was okay More
