I remember when Beaver Chevrolet first opened and I really didn’t believe the “we are here to WOW you” mentality they touted. Here I am 7ish years later driving my THIRD vehicle from there and by far t really didn’t believe the “we are here to WOW you” mentality they touted. Here I am 7ish years later driving my THIRD vehicle from there and by far this was a solid - WOW: Way to be Out of this World - moment. From the great help in the service department (shout out to Paloma) to my new go-to sales guy (Tim = rock star) who was stuck with me after hours, 10/10 all the way around. I’ve purchased a LOT of vehicles in my lifetime and this was genuinely the only time I felt fully listened to about what I was looking for - and again I had two great experiences previously but this one was still above and beyond. I’ve never been in this dealership without talking to at least 5-10 people that work there, and it helps make a long process feel like it flies by. When I arrived Tim already had three vehicles picked out based on the parameters I gave him, he asked for more information in person about what I wanted, and using that intel made a few tweaks to the list before heading out to the vehicles. I really preached my most important aspect in a vehicle - reliability - and I was hesitant buying used again just because like humans cars need extra love as they age. On the fly he recommended a new 2024 that I honestly would have never looked at or thought could fit my budget. We drove two cars and went to the money man, in the end nailing a trade in value that beat other offers I had and at a monthly price I was comfortable with. Best of all it’s a great drive ya’ll. Two bags of jelly beans and a new Trax later I’m able to travel all over town with ease and speed in a vehicle that still has all my top loved features and the functionality my five million jobs require. I think your service department is scamming or they do not know what they are doing. How can someone bring in their vehicle it a diagnostic and get what was said needed done and a week later you are havin not know what they are doing.
