Izzy was my service advisor and he was beyond personable and really knew his stuff, then lovely ladies in their scheduling department Stacey, Ivy, and Cheyanne were very helpful in getting me a shuttle home instead of having to wait. I can not recommend this place enough!! I would give this service department 10 stars if I could!!! I cant wait for my next appointment! More

I came in for my complimentary oil change which I appreciate. However, it is frustrating to get these and right away be told that my tires need a tire rotation and we can do that for $29. When I think about excellence in customer service this is not that. The last car i purchased at a different dealer they always did the first tire rotation for free. That just sort of rubbed me the wrong way. I thought your dealership was different. However, you are not. It might like seem like no big deal to you. However, offering a new customer their first tire rotation free isn’t of trying to gouge them for $29 would be a better option. Building a relationship with a new customer is what your company should be what you are looking to do. Instead I know for a fact I will never purchase a new vehicle from your dealership again. More
