Brought in for the first oil change since purchase. Also, asked about the protection they put on the windshield when we purchased, because it wasn’t working properly. He said , I was there for an oil change and that would require more time to fix! Really! You SUCK! More

I was very disappointed in the fact that the app said this location offers free carwash with a service appointment and when I got there they said they were "staffed" to do a car wash? I chose this location as it was close to my job and its my first service done to my Chevy Traverse. I'll go to a different Chevy dealership next time I guess. They had waters and sodas which was nice. More
