Evan did not communicate with me at all, not even a hello when I arrived. There was absolutely no communication on the progress of my oil change. I waited 2 hours and finally went outside myself to check on when I arrived. There was absolutely no communication on the progress of my oil change. I waited 2 hours and finally went outside myself to check on the status of my vehicle. The gentleman that greeted me outside when I pulled up for my service finally helped me. He informed me that my vehicle was done and that Evan was on a lunch break which is why I was not informed my vehicle was ready. Another service advisor cashed me out and I was on my way. My question is, if I wouldn't have taken it upon myself to check on my vehicle, how long would I have sat and waited before being told that my vehicle was ready? Evan needs to work on his communication skills,in the 2 hours that I was there he did not speak to me once. Poor customer service. More
My turbo went out. It was all good and covered under warranty. They installed the new turbo and I drove it for i believe a day and it gave me the same error message. I took it back to them and found out that something came loose from the work they did. They fixed that issue and gave it back to me and I drove it for a couple more days and it stalled on me. I took it back to them for a 3rd time just for them to tell me that I need a new battery and they were going to charge me close to $400 to install it. I picked the car up and installed it myself and saved myself $200. More
Recently picked up my third Chevrolet and chose Beaver due to my previous sales experience being easy while working with the sales team. I have been "WOW'd"! Also, the service department has serviced all of my vehicles and I've been impressed with there knowledge and expertise during diagnosis and timely repairs when needed. Even Shade is my go to in the service area and he always treats me like family. More

I brought my 2020 Chevrolet Colorado to Beaver Chevrolet to have service done. There were a few maintenance items that needed to be fixed as well as the 90,000 mile scheduled service items. I spoke with Dav to have service done. There were a few maintenance items that needed to be fixed as well as the 90,000 mile scheduled service items. I spoke with Dave Parisi a few days earlier to arrange for the service to be done. He advised me to drop the car off the day before so work could be started as soon as possible. Dave Parisi and the Beaver Chevrolet Service Department did an excellent job handling my service needs and getting my truck back to me in a timely manner the following day.
