I brought my 2020 Chevrolet Colorado to Beaver Chevrolet to have service done. There were a few maintenance items that needed to be fixed as well as the 90,000 mile scheduled service items. I spoke with Dave Parisi a few days earlier to arrange for the service to be done. He advised me to drop the car off the day before so work could be started as soon as possible. Dave Parisi and the Beaver Chevrolet Service Department did an excellent job handling my service needs and getting my truck back to me in a timely manner the following day. I was very pleased with the sales process and left satisfied and happy with my purchase. Follow up after the sale was not as positive. I was not told until after the sale that there were no floor mats satisfied and happy with my purchase. Follow up after the sale was not as positive. The salesman said he would help me get a second fob and that I would get enough points in my MyChevrolet account to purchase mats. Both did not happen and I have not gotten much response on my inquiries. Disappointed. More
