The service at beaver is really good. The communication from the person who checked me in was not so good. My car stayed on the shop for almost 2 full weeks. I did not get a single call The communication from the person who checked me in was not so good. My car stayed on the shop for almost 2 full weeks. I did not get a single call to have an update. I called several times, left a message and feedback. Only when another person got the call I was able to get some feedback. Dealer is good, advisor, not much. More

I made an appointment for oil change, tire rotation, and a new tire. 2 hrs 20 minutes later it was ready. Now late for my doctor appointment, I can see they didn’t rotate tires, REALLY! When bought to servi a new tire. 2 hrs 20 minutes later it was ready. Now late for my doctor appointment, I can see they didn’t rotate tires, REALLY! When bought to service managers,,,,O ya ok remind me next visit and we’ll take care of it. 🤦♂️ what’s the chances they’ll remember me. I go up there from St Augustine and count on the dealer service. Hopefully next visit will work out better. More

I highly recommend Beaver Chevy! It was like being around family you want to be around. CeJae was friendly and helpful going the extra mile to help us get the pre-owned vehicle that It was like being around family you want to be around. Every person working here whether they were part of our buying process or not were friendly and welcoming. The finance folks helped to get the price within my range and I felt like for them this career was almost a calling instead of a job. Would I recommend Beaver? Without any hesitation... YES! More
