Following service, no report of inspection results including tire measurements following rotation. This was first service on new car. Expected wait time was 1-2 hours. Actual nearly 3. Explanation: 2 workers didn't show up. I expect better from dealer that tacks $5000 on price for service and related enhancements. Previous experience with this company at Toyota in St Aug. Night and day. Management should go there and find out how to do it right! Wait area was comfortable and well stocked with refreshments. Not sure my disappointment is repairable. More
