I purchased a 2024 chevy zr2 in Sep 2024. The truck is on its 4th set of replacement injectors, which render the vehicle undriveable. It has been in their shop since sep and it is now Dec. While dropping my truck off for service and replacement of a sensor I had to remind them multiple times the problem had previously been diagnosed. I was initially told the truck would be available early af of a sensor I had to remind them multiple times the problem had previously been diagnosed. I was initially told the truck would be available early afternoon. When dropping it I was told it would be the next day. (Seems someone needs to talk to each other and get stories straight) I brought this to the attention of the service advisor and he said no problem I would get it back in the afternoon. I then received a text message at 5;15PM the truck was ready for pick up (no call from the adviser as promised) At this time of day it is impossible to drive from St. Augustine to Jacksonville to get the truck before they close at 6. Thanks for taking a 3rd day of my time during a busy holiday season. Stay away from the service department if you can. False promises are too easy to hand out. Maybe they need some accountability.
