Because of a recent surgery (5 days earlier) I asked if he could have the inside of the windshield cleaned as it was really dirty and streaky. Don't know why as we don't smoke and almost always use the air conditioner. The windshield had to be replaced after purchase due to a manufacturer defect. Was it installed correctly? Don't know. Evan said they could take care of it. Received the car at 10:39, windshield not cleaned. Didn't think it would be a problem but evidently it was. More
