Really disappointed waited all day for the car then when the paperwork was finished so like oh by the way, the car has 700 miles on it which I was disappointed the beaver online price was not real. It was $3500 more than that that was disappointing, they were supposed to deliver the card to me that did not happen when I got the car home. It had some paint chips in it and a stain in the headliner when I asked if I could return the car with the 30 day policy, I was told no I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau , I have four cars from Beaver Toyota in Saint Augustine. Never have a problem like this. More
This is by far the worst treatment I’ve received from Beaver since 2021. I’ve purchased 4 vehicles from them and the service has been good up until now. I purchased a 2023 Cadillac Saturday and had issue Beaver since 2021. I’ve purchased 4 vehicles from them and the service has been good up until now. I purchased a 2023 Cadillac Saturday and had issues with it 2 hours after leaving the lot. I took it back Monday morning and I didn’t hear from anyone until I called Wednesday afternoon. Candy informed me that they fixed the issue (the car is having transmission problems) and I knew immediately that was a lie. I picked it up anyway and got 10 down 95 south and the car instantly started doing the same exact thing I took it there for. I expect more from them especially after being a loyal customer for 4 years and multiple cars from there. More
