The gentleman that checked me in was the nicest man at the place! Super friendly and outgoing! My service rep wasn’t even there yet so one young lady “checked me told me would about an hour hour and half” the place! Super friendly and outgoing! Four hours later I got a text alert that my car was ready so i went back. When i got there the same lady had no idea who i was and told me i was a different ladies customer not hers (my original was a guy according to my email). Thankfully car was great! More

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and offered some thing to drink. I met Mason whom I had spoken on the phone with earlier because I was in a dilemma with another car manufacturer where I purchas some thing to drink. I met Mason whom I had spoken on the phone with earlier because I was in a dilemma with another car manufacturer where I purchased a brand new vehicle and the transmission died within a year and, it was in the shop for three months. This other company decided they were going to do a buyback under the lemon law after I submitted the proper paperwork. Mason and his manager understood it would be a little bit of time before I received a check. Every time I called the other corporation, they told me 3 to 5 days every time. The whole process took about 2 1/2 weeks after it got into the buyback department with the check. In that time, Mason assisted me and test driving several cards to find the perfect vehicle for me. I was also working on a budget because I had some other bills, I wanted to pay down so they were very helpful in negotiation. If I had to choose a vehicle ever again, I would definitely choose Beaver Chevrolet. More
