No Biggie, let’s look it some other opinions which might work and there was one that I found interesting but due to the time of day I decided to wait to come back and see it in the day time. Of course by time I arrived vehicle was being sold, not only that when I spoke with this car salesmen I advised since the truck I was interested in is being sold I want to know my options before I make any decisions any thing else moves forward and not to do a credit check I advised him of what my score was and he confirmed with me not to run my credit until I was prepared. Next thing I know I was being ushered to the door to go see some options on the lot and I look at my phone and noticed that my credit had been pulled by the dealership not even 10 mins after I was told that it wouldn’t happen. At this point I’m pissed but I’m willing to work with them to figure things out I was apologized to multiple time for the premature credit pull. They did their best to get me into something that turned out to be a rip off in the end, I took my business to CarMax in the same city and got myself a 2017 Silverado crew cab with all the bells and whistles for a total 12 k less than what was offered at Beaver. When speaking with the CarMax rep he stated that he has heard of how they conduct business and would never which I will advise anyone looking for a vehicle avoid this dealership by all cost.... More

Service always takes so long! The service department hasn't gotten the message from owner "here to Wow ya!" Received free oil changes with purchase, which was great, but 1st oil change took over 4 hours!! Second one took 3 hours (with appt both times). Requested a tire rotation also, had to go by Ford and have them reset the tire pressure indicators, guess they forgot that part! Thanks to AutoNation Ford for readjusting the air pressure in the tires also! And the statement "loaner with every service", not true!! Be prepared to stay the day with them! Their "snack" area needs major help! Jelly beans are okay, but why not try something else since you have us "hostage" until service is complete. More

I came in and he was able to get me in a 2017 Malibu, Certified!!! This made me so happy, he made sure the duration of my experience was pleasant and it was. He was attentive to my oldest Son as he noticed we were in the dealership for a few hours he made sure we had food and something to drink. I was able to get insurance and take care of everything I needed too. I appreciate Phil and the team for making me feel special. I LOVE my new car!!! More

Everyone is very friendly and helpful throughout the organization. Bernie is very knowledgeable and patiently helped me pick out my truck and negotiate a price I was happy with. I was also impressed that Beaver Chevrolet gives a 20 year 200,000 mile power train warranty free with every vehicle. Buying a vehicle can be a stressful undertaking but Bernie made it an enjoyable experience. The finance department was great too. This is truly a good dealership. More
