Horrible, they took my review down!! I purchased a Mustang there a year ago and needed the original sales paperwork. I was sent to the sales manager for my request. Top notch dealership Nobody wants to go to a dealership and deal with the "used car salesman" my wife and I thought we could beat the system with a whole bunch of internet Nobody wants to go to a dealership and deal with the "used car salesman" my wife and I thought we could beat the system with a whole bunch of internet shopping and cruising by dealerships after they were closed. At a certain point if you want a car you have to go in while the dealership is open. We took our chances after finding the car we wanted online and just hoped things would go smooth. My wife made contact with a sales associate named Mason. Unfortunately the dealership no longer had the car we wanted but Mason went the extra mile by finding out exactly what we were looking for and what exactly met our families needs. There were plenty of cars that fit the budget but only a few that fit our specific needs and these are the ones he worked for us. Even after we chose our vehicle we continued to get the "red carpet treatment" until we left. Thank you Mason and Beaver Chevrolet for making our car buying experience an enjoyable one. We are loyal customers from here on out. More

If you need great service and advice on what needs to be replaced and fixed you should ask for this gentlemen personally, he works in service as an advisor and couldn't be happier and satisfied with the Dealership service he provided for me, thanks to him he has made my day. I have to say however, he really went above and beyond and did absolutely everything he could to keep me happy and that these days is really hard to come by at a business and it really takes a lot to do for someone, not once has he complained or gave me any reason to think great service wouldn't be met or provided, he also was great as far as communication goes as well, every time he time I called and had a question or lft a vml he was available to let me know what is exactly was going on and how long it would be for the repair in no time, he is def. a dependable employee.
