Another Awesome "Wowsome" experience My wife & I are extremely happy Beaver opened a Chevy Store in Jacksonville. We had purchase a vehicle from Beaver Toyota in St Augustine so we didn' My wife & I are extremely happy Beaver opened a Chevy Store in Jacksonville. We had purchase a vehicle from Beaver Toyota in St Augustine so we didn't hesitate to visit the Chevy dealership in Jacksonville when we considered replacing our Tahoe. She "Loves" her Tahoe so off we went. These are expensive and we just weren't sure, new or used or not at all. Micah Brooks, our Product Specialist (Sales Rep} was extremely helpful. Knowledgeable, professional, and enthusiastic he worked hard with the staff to select just the right vehicle, address our concerns {price, trade allowance, maintenance & financing) and put things together to make a deal happen. Wow, what a great group of people to work with in a family friendly low pressure environment. From the time you walk in the door meeting the exceptionally friendly and helpful receptionist you feel their desire to make you a part of their family. Just like our previous "Wowsome" experience. The sales and finance personnel were very friendly Your personnel were friendly and patient but, we were told very little about the RAV4 we purchased. Also the price offered for our car as a trade was not reasonable and the price we paid for the new vehicle was just fair-not great.
