The sales process once we sat down was painless. Since it was Dec 31 it was busy and I was patient as hey I was getting a good deal. The finance mgr, Phil, was also very helpful and did not try to add on and the usual blah blah I've experienced with other dealers. The only option I took was an enhanced warranty to cover the vehicle including the electronics for 10 yrs. Have never done this but a computer repair that happens at month 37 is expensive and I've had that experience with the torque converter on a 2017 Colorado. Not doing it. Beaver is really the beast from sales to service! More
