The girl didnt offer one apology but offered plenty of excuses. Yet when all the times I've been there the phone is never ringing and she manages to have time to play on her phone. The guy that checked me out was awesome cant remember his name but it is not the guy AJ who I'm pretty sure will get the credit and find absolutely nothing. I can assure you I would never buy a car from any beaver automotive company and definitely not buying a Chevy. More

Awesome service When I received the call for the schedule date they where very polite and courteous to my needs on the day that I can go for the service work. When I showed up for the service work I was about 10 minutes early as I approached the door it was locked the man working saw me and immediately opened the door and asked me to come in. He was very friendly and asked me what I was there for and when I told him he asked me my name. He immediately looked me up on the computer and said if I would not mind please have a seat and someone would be with me in just a minute. And within a few minutes I was approached by Chris Weber and what a great first impression he made. He was very professional and polite and took care of everything that was on the list in a very timely manor and when he was done he explained everything he did and walked me to the truck and he congratulated me on my new truck. I have been around a lot of service centers and that was the best experience I have ever had again thank you for the great work. More

I have had numerous bad car buying experiences and was very hesitant to buy, I also was in a unpleasant situation financially with the car I had and didn’t think anyone would be willing to help or even be able to. The team at beaver is probably the best I have seen. Garrett was everything you could hope a salesman to be in such a tricky situation, super patient and informative and will always try to do his best for you. We had very specific requirements for the truck and where we wanted to be financially with it and he hit everything as close as someone could hope! Super impressed, thank you Garrett! Also a huge thank you to Mike for helping get us a awesome deal on a dream truck of ours, Tim for making the paperwork process a breeze, and Steve for hunting down a awesome insurance plan so we could stop over paying!
