Customer Focused I came in to Beaver Chevrolet not expecting anything but Zach and Dustin were able to get me out of a ugly lease. I drove away with a sigh of relief. I came in to Beaver Chevrolet not expecting anything but Zach and Dustin were able to get me out of a ugly lease. I drove away with a sigh of relief. Then.... I get a call from Lincoln Financial telling me they returned the lease payoff check. Apparently they don’t take checks from others outside the “Ford” family (strange). I reached out to Zach and he was very responsive and directing my issue to the right people. I got a call from Dustin telling me he got it handled. After the originating lease dealer (Bozard Ford) wasn’t helpful and tried to charge more for the payoff, Dustin went above and beyond. He found a Ford dealership that would happily handle the payoff. I cant thank you both enough for all your help! More
