Great people to work with as they were very friendly I like how they worked hard on my behalf and kept me on top of things at all times. Truck wasn’t serviced correctly Everything was nice about the people we worked with except them giving us a better deal on the truck. Tire pressure light was on, windshield wiper was broken, after asking for a copy of the carfax we never got it and to top it off when we got it home that night the door locks didn’t seem to work right. The driver side doesn’t lock when buttons are pressed so it’s manually locked. More

Very Disappointed I took my vehicle to have a tire looked at on August 28th, because it has a slow leak. After checking it, the advisor informed me that it would cost I took my vehicle to have a tire looked at on August 28th, because it has a slow leak. After checking it, the advisor informed me that it would cost over $200 to replace it. I then asked to have the tire put back on, because that was not a price I was willing to pay for 1 tire. After leaving the service area, I noticed my warning light was still on which I thought the service guy could have at least put some air in the tire for safety. Anyway, once I got to work and had a chance to read the invoice fully, there was a comment stating "Customer hereby acknowledges receiving original estimate of $70 + tax". When I tried to inquire about the comment, I was never able to reach the advisor nor have I yet to receive a call back. More
