Best service ever I had a check engine light come on and arrived at Beaver at 7:45am with no appointment. My car was fixed and done by noon. The absolute worst dealer experience I have ever had Dishonest employees from the very lowest level salesman to the very top GM. Service Rep The service rep did not contact me once during the time my vehicle was at the dealer. I recently purchased a 2017 Camaro and had a flat tire on Saturd The service rep did not contact me once during the time my vehicle was at the dealer. I recently purchased a 2017 Camaro and had a flat tire on Saturday . The fix a flat sealant failed so I had to have the car towed to Beaver Chevrolet. I called as soon as the service center opened and left a voicemail but did not receive any response, Three calls later I had a young lady tell me the car was ready and to come in to get it. When I arrived the car had not been touched. I asked the service rep why he had not returned my calls he said they were busy and he ignored the phone in that case. That is not acceptable. The did not take care of my car until the following day. Two days for a flat tire. The lack of communication was disappointing. I will say that the sales team gets a 5 star rating. Both Darrell and Dustin stepped to help with the situation otherwise my car would probably still be there. More

At this point not "WOWED" Took the car in at 10:00 am for a two hour service. Called at 3:00 pm to see if it was ready and it had not been touched. Once started they had it back in an hour and a half (4:40 pm) without the courtesy wash. For these reasons, at this point I would not recommend. More
