The Salesman Bernie was wonderful. Bernie, our salesman was extremely knowledgeable. He showed us everything we asked for. The Managers who assisted Bernie delayed him for over 25 minutes, then 35 minutes the second time Bernie attempted to get an answer. I almost walked out of the dealership. Because Bernie was a great person and salesman I stuck it out. Finally after 5 hours we were able to leave with a new vehicle. More

Service after signatures Everything was nice until we signed on the dotted line. We purchased a used vehicle and three days later still don’t have it in our possession. We were told that there was a recall, then told there were no drivers available to deliver it to us, then told the recall parts haven’t even arrived yet. Can’t get the manager or salesperson to even return our calls with an explanation. The only reason I even gave two stars is because the manager told us he would have the windows tinted for our trouble. Not sure if that’s true because I haven’t seen the car. We seemed to be very important while looking for a vehicle, not so important now. We’ve been WOWed alright. More
