I have had numerous bad car buying experiences and was very hesitant to buy, I also was in a unpleasant situation financially with the car I had and didn’t think anyone would be willing to help or even be able to. The team at beaver is probably the best I have seen. Garrett was everything you could hope a salesman to be in such a tricky situation, super patient and informative and will always try to do his best for you. We had very specific requirements for the truck and where we wanted to be financially with it and he hit everything as close as someone could hope! Super impressed, thank you Garrett! Also a huge thank you to Mike for helping get us a awesome deal on a dream truck of ours, Tim for making the paperwork process a breeze, and Steve for hunting down a awesome insurance plan so we could stop over paying! He provided me the name and contact info of the individual who I would contact for service when necessary.. Furthermore, he assisted me in setting up the My Chevy app and educated me on the applicable features. Because the vehicle was JUST delivered that day and window tinting had not yet been completed, Garrett ensured to advise me of such and an appointment will be set to complete that! Great Experience all around As soon as my daughter and I walked up we were greeted by Bernie. I told him what I was looking for and he invited us in to get out of the heat. He came back and the numbers were just right. The car was being prepped for the test drive. I drove the car and loved it. The steering was a little hard so he took it back to get it checked. The paperwork was a breeze with Steve in Finance. My whole experience was totally awesome! I will definitely refer any family or friends to Beaver Chevrolet when they are in the market for a vehicle. We had a morning appointment with Julio who was just as pleasant. We had already discussed which vehicle we were interested in with Julio earlier in the week and he went to get the keys so we could take a test drive. Julio answered any questions we had and showed us new features on the vehicle. Once we agreed upon a price we were able to see the finance manager quickly and the purchase process was very smooth and seamless. The vehicle was ready and waiting for us once we were finished with the finance manager. Every person we encountered was very polite and personable. We look forward to our next vehicle purchase.
