The vehicle I was looking for limited supplies and not sure I got the best deal possible but was OK any reductions in price was just all lumped sum it didn’t show you each and everyone individually it was not itemized Commercial advertises over 6000 back on trade-in I do not believe I got anything over the value of my trade-in. again couldn’t tell cause all my deductions was lump sum nothing was summarized This is the only recommendation I would give the dealership is list all deductions and trade-ins itemize it More

Dissatisfaction disappointing I was just in for an oil change and I definitely wasn't happy with the service. Evan my service advisor never knew I was there. I stopped him to ask about my car, at that time I was already there an hour. I told him I had other concerns which could have been addressed had he acknowledged I was there. He said he never knew, cause no one told him yet I had an appointment at 10am, so I guess he should have looked at his schedule. And another thing the other service staff shouldn't be gossiping about customers, I could totally hear them till they started whispering and it was about me So I was wondering about the oil changes but I rather take it somewhere else and pay than subject myself to that again More
